Return Policy
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
Item is NEW (unworn, unwashed, unaltered - item has no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, no pet hair - item has no smells of smoke - items fall within 60 days of receiving product). If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the Return Policy below.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at onleash2offroad@gmail.com and we will assist you through the process. Exchanges will only be accepted if they meet the criteria listed above for eligibility for a return.
RETURN POLICY:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned within 60 days of initial delivery date. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DEFECTIVE ITEM:
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at onleash2offroad@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures.
ALTERING or CANCELLING AN ORDER:
Once an order is placed by the customer, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please follow the return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).
SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped. Items will ship via USPS or UPS within 7-10 business days. On-Leash 2 Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local USPS or UPS.
